🧠 Takeaways

The Offense

The offense had a four-run third inning off Zack Wheeler which propelled them to a win. The offense was able to get baserunners from there, but could not scratch across another run, though, there were some questionable calls.

Starting Pitching Analysis

Rodon looked solid today with a sharp slider, but was plagued with the long ball, giving up three, including two from Otto Kemp.

Bullpen Usage

Loaisiga, Weaver, and Hill got the sixth, seventh and eighth innings and looked sharp doing so. Williams came in and locked it down. The Yankees bullpen was perfect for the last three innings.
